Delivery updates
If you already placed an order, include your order number when contacting support. That helps the team look up the linked book snapshot and shipping details faster.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a book arrives damaged or the printed result does not match the approved order, contact support as soon as possible with photos of the issue and the order number.
Returns and changes
